Enchanting Stay in the City Center

The location proved amazing as nearly every destination stood within a convenient fifteen minute walk. The restaurant featured delicious offerings and offered both indoor tapas and outdoor full dishes. I particularly loved this flexibility of dining options, it suited every mood and craving.
The room service menu lacked diverse options, I found this disappointing for a hotel of this category. I recommend improved selections for food. I would have liked to explore more choices.

the location in the city center was acceptable.
The noise isolation was very poor, so sleeping was a challenge. even with closed windows, the noise from the street was noticeable. the shower drain also wasn't working well. Water collected quickly.

The breakfast offered a nice selection of buffet items. This met expectations.
The room assigned initially had a loud electrical buzzing sound, audible in the seating area. It recurred after the engineer's visit and required a room move, but there was no apology for the inconvenience. Several maintenance issues existed in the new room, including a slow drain, angled televisions, and a loose toilet roll holder.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options , including six different freshly squeezed juices. I especially enjoyed the bosque juice , ordered from the menu. The hotel's location allowed easy access to shopping and restaurants. Staff prepared takeaway breakfasts for our early day tours.
I found the main restaurant's vegetarian options limited.
